Shae Hann
I have always had a passion for conscious movement. I was a gymnast my whole childhood, and then went into coaching gymnastics.
It was my love for coaching, and my deep passion for spirituality that lead me to guide the art and science that is yoga.
I have a dream to spread consciousness and bliss to all I can reach, and guiding yoga is how I plan to do so.

Tanya Findlay Sleep
I started my movement journey with ballet. Dancing with the national ballet of Canada and Ontario ballet theatre, I then went on to teach ballet and got hooked on yoga after my first blissful class.
I went on to do my teacher training at Yoga Space in Toronto as well as my pre-natal yoga training. I taught in Toronto for many years before moving to Port Perry to raise my family. Yoga has now become a big part of my life over the years and is always there to catch me in so many different ways.
I enjoy sharing my journey, knowledge (thus far) and joy for the practice. Bringing together the mind to the body through the breath is where my focus lies in each practice. I have been instructing classes over the past 25 years of my life and look forward to many more. Come join me and let’s have some fun discovering all the facets yoga has to offer!
