A Simple Twist Yoga offers a wide selection of classes that have been specifically designed to fit any persons fitness level and experience.

Our group of yoga specialists and trainers have dedicated their lives to the yoga lifestyle and are passionate about passing on their extensive knowledge to all of our students.

We offer a selection of classes every week that are constantly changing and evolving to bring our students the best yoga experience possible.

We also off an assortment of memberships that may interest those who are ready to take a serious plunge into the wonderful world of yoga.

Regular Weekly Day Classes

These are our day classes available Monday – Friday

Rise & Shine

7:30am – 8:30am | Monday – Friday

Rise & Shine is a revitalizing morning yoga class designed to energize your body and awaken your spirit.

Experience rejuvenating stretches and strengthening poses that not only invigorate your physical being but also rejuvenate your nervous system, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

Hatha

9am – 10am | Monday – Friday

Hatha classes focus on the alignment of the body and breath through a series of postures and stretches, promoting flexibility and strength.

Participants will cultivate mindfulness and relaxation while enhancing their overall well-being in a supportive environment.

Flow & Go

12:00pm – 12:45pm | Monday – Friday

Flow n Go is a 45-minute dynamic class that encourages continuous movement through a variety of postures, fostering strength and flexibility.

Suitable for all skill levels, this Hatha-inspired session combines gentle and challenging elements for a well-rounded yoga experience.

Vinyasa Flow & Surrender

1pm – 2pm | Monday – Friday

Vinyasa Flow & Surrender blends dynamic vinyasa sequences with restorative yin postures, promoting  both strength and relaxation.

This class encourages participants to flow through movements while surrendering to deeper stretches, fostering balance in both body and mind.

Monday Night Classes

Gravity & Grace

4:15pm – 5:15pm | Monday Nights

This class blends the energizing, active movement of “Yang” with the quiet, restorative nature of “Yin” for the perfect balance of strength and surrender. Begin with a dynamic vinyasa-inspired flow to build heat, increase circulation, and awaken the body.

Then melt into long, deep holds that target the fascia and calm the nervous system. Expect to leave grounded, refreshed, and more in tune with your body and breath.

Ideal for those seeking both movement and mindful rest in one powerful session. Great for all levels modifications and props welcome.

Yoga For Back Pain

5:30-6:30 PM | Monday Nights

This class focuses on gentle yoga techniques specifically designed to alleviate back pain and improve spinal flexibility. Participants will engage in targeted stretches, strengthening poses, and relaxation exercises to promote overall back health and wellbeing.

Candlelight Restorative & Yoga Nidra

7pm – 8pm | Monday Nights

Unwind and restore in this deeply nourishing evening class. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll settle into gentle restorative poses supported by props, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to quiet.

Tuesday Night Classes

Yummy Soulful Yin with Heather

6:30pm -7:30pm | Tuesday Nights

Heather’s classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and heart-centered intention to create a space for both grounding and growth. Rooted in her belief that yoga extends far beyond the mat, she guides students to connect deeply with themselves while exploring strength and stillness.

Heather completed her yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, where she learned to weave balance, curiosity, and compassion into her practice. Heather will be offering Yin classes where you can expect slow-paced, meditative poses held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and promote stillness and mindfulness.

Wednesday Night Classes

Balance & Breath

5:15pm – 6:15pm | Wednesday Nights

Find your center on and off the mat. This weekly yoga class is designed to help you cultivate physical balance, mental clarity, and inner calm. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and focused posture work, we’ll explore standing balances, core stability, and transitions that challenge your body and quiet the mind.

Whether you’re working to improve your balance or looking to feel more grounded in your daily life, this class offers a supportive space to wobble, strengthen, and grow. All levels welcome just bring yourbreath and a willingness to explore.

Back To The Basics

4pm – 5pm | Wednesday Nights

This class emphasizes foundational alignment and attention to detail, offering a unique approach that sets it apart from traditional yoga classes.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions while learning the Sanskrit names of poses and the chakras they correspond to, fostering a deeper understanding of their practice.

Hot Stretch & Reset

6:30pm – 7:30pm | Wednesday Nights

Warm Gentle Stretch & Reset offers a soothing yoga experience designed to stretch and reset your body in a comfortable environment.

This class emphasizes a slower, more passive approach to yoga that helps dissolve muscle tension, create space within, and alleviate stress for a rejuvenating experience.

Thursday Night Classes

The Hot Flash Happy Hour

6pm – 7:30pm | Thursday Nights

Hot Flash Happy Hour is a weekly get-together for women in perimenopause and menopause.

Our time together is all about sharing stories, laughter, resources, and real-life insight in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Every three months, you’ll also have the opportunity to join our 6-week guided series, featuring certified speakers, live Q&A sessions, and practical tools designed to support and empower you on your menopause journey.

Friday Night Classes

Back To The Basics

4pm – 5pm | Sundays During the Day

Friday Euchre Night $25

6pm – 9pm | Sundays During The Day

Play. Connect. Unwind. Join us for a cozy, relaxed night in the yoga studio featuring euchre, live entertainment, and plenty of laughter. This is grounding, no-pressure fun—focused play, good music, and easy connection in a welcoming space.

Includes euchre, live entertainment, tea, coffee, and water. Bring your own drinks and snacks, get comfortable, and chill.

Sunday Day Classes

These classes are available on Sunday days every week

Hot Yoga Core With Tanya

8:30am – 9:30am | Sundays During The Day

A 1 hour class to fire up the core. Transitioning through a variety of asanas with the aid of blocks we will have fun and find our core and it’s strength potential.

Ideal to help stabilize the hips and protect the lower back. Always ending in a blissful savasana to reset and renew.

Gentle / Restorative with Tanya

9:45am – 10:45am | Sundays During The Day

Gentle / Restorative with Tanya focuses on promoting relaxation and healing through slow, mindful movements and restorative poses.

Participants will cultivate awareness and balance, allowing for a rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to our instructors and members, we kindly ask that all cancellations follow the guidelines below.

Group Classes

Cancellations for group classes must be made at least one (1) hour before the scheduled class time. Cancellations may be completed:

  • Online through your account, or
  • Directly with a member of our staff

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee equal to the full cost of the class.

Appointments & Private Sessions

Appointments and private sessions require a minimum two (2) hour cancellation notice, made directly with the studio.
Cancellations made outside this window or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
